again, i do not like doing exercise
but it has become my habit and one of the things i have to do in my daily life since March last year
compare to others
i feel like my progress is pretty slow this year… lol
in fact
i am a bit disappointed about my weight
i have started doing exercise since March
and it has been 7 months already
but i have lost about 3 lbs only lol
my weight keeps at 122-123 lbs for several months
i won’t say it is a bad thing
i just wish it could reach 120 lbs or lower
in order to reach my goal
it might be a time for me to try some new exercises
therefore, i recently start doing weight-training exercise (at home)
i did workout with two water bottles instead of dumbbells
(sorry i do not have dumbbells at home)
my current workout plan is:
- first day – weight training
- second day – HIIT / tabata
- third day – yoga / cardio
- fourth day – repeat first day etc.
i do not know if such plan works
let’s give it a shot
hope i would a good result in November~
as i keep challenging myself in doing new and more high intensity exercise
i just realized that my physical fitness gets improved
it not only is a good sight
but also encourages me not to give up
in order to reach my goal~
